Is a quit claim deed still valid after foreclosure? There is a surplus on the sale and I've been told by 2 internet attorneys that is is and one said a quit claim deeds are as worthless as the paper they are printed on. My ex-spouse ruined my credit. I believe I'm entitled to half the surplus. Can someone tell me my options or should I have no expectations?

So, I got a 96 Ranger 2wd that started howling. NTB listened to it with their stethoscope for $60 and told me pinion bearings. I took it apart, and had a hard time seeing bad bearings. The guys at my local independent auto parts store agreed. I replaced the front pinion bearing (closest one to flange, right?), probably did the preload wrong cause I got a cheap torque wrench, measured the backlash, put it together, aaaaand it still howled around 15-20 mph. Replaced axle bearings, still howled. I decided to replace the rear pinion and ring gear bearings just to cover all my bases. When removing, the spider gears fell out, and I noticed a broken shim on one. New set ordered. Then my parts store guy (they remove and press on the pinion and ring gear bearings) called me to say he felt a strange wear pattern on the pinion gear and also suspected the shim under the pinion bearing was not spec.

- Will a shop be able to machine the pinion gear or do I just order a new set (around 150 on rock auto)?
- Does the new one come with the correct shim?
- If I rent the $100 torque wrench from autozone to do the preload right, measure backlash on multiple gear teeth, and paint the gears to check contact pattern, what are my chances of doing this correctly?

2) Wht are you guys doing with your energy legacies that are no longer all that great without explosive effects? Delete? Scrip? Keeping them on an alt/mule, just in case?
3) Do all Cursed weapons come with the same legendary effect rolls? And if not, is an AA/50crit/25vats broadsider a roll worth keeping?
4) Why does my showerhead make a terrible squealing sound whenever I turn up the hot water to full blast???

Currently crushing ML 24 which is great for BD pieces, packs, and the occasional PUT & PSCT. However, I can hardly get a Level reset ticket. I recently grinded a few trains and really need to restock.
so.. Anyone have thoughts on best ML or league to get them? I use the FA tickets the one time a week a can, but really need some more.
as a side note, how are 5 gold tickets and 5 level resets 2000 stars in the shop? seems criminal lol
